**Ingredients:** 100% roasted coffee-cherry husks. No added ingredients.
**How to Prepare:** Add approximately 2–3 tablespoons of coffee husks to 500 ml of water. Simmer gently for 5–10 minutes, then strain. For a traditional Yemeni flavour, add fresh ginger, cinnamon, or sugar according to your preference.
**Serving Suggestion:** Serve hot in small cups, with dates or traditional sweets.
**Storage:** Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place.
